I didn't start my career behind a desk. I started it in the back of an ambulance in Alaska, where I learned early that good clinical judgment is built through experience, pressure, and genuine care for the people in front of you.

Over my career I have worked as an emergency nurse, flight nurse, and senior nursing leader, from the bedside to the boardroom. I have led teams through crisis, navigated complex organizational challenges, and built programs from the ground up.

I am a born and raised Alaskan, and that heritage shapes every engagement — directness, resilience, and deep respect for the communities I serve.
